Blackberry Cottage Playgarden is a Waldorf inspired Healdsburg preschool, offering a nature based program for children aged 2.5-5 years. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the adult world, we offer a warm and nurturing space where children can accomplish their most important task: to simply be children. Our mission is to provide healthy and happy childhood experiences, where each child has the time and space to wonder at the natural world, and to play creatively.
Blackberry Cottage Playgarden provides a nurturing preschool experience: cultivating personal development, engaging social interactions and inspiring imaginative play. Our indoor and outdoor environments, our daily and weekly activities, and our yearly calendar have all been created with careful intention to engage each child in joyful and meaningful experiences. Our maximum teacher to student ratio is 1:6.
